Just wanted to give you that extra reminder not to ditch your workouts during the holidays. I know it can be stressful but remember that working out is the key for your head, just as it is for your heart. You may feel tired and not wanting to do it but once you are finished you will not regret it. I promise it will improve your mood, help you with holiday anxiety and stress.
